Interior Designer ''Art Director''

Responsibilities:

• Acting as a lead designer for different types of projects.
•   Manage multiple projects within the design department from design research, and concept creation to final delivery, and ensure projects are delivered on time. 
• Responsible for the multi-disciplinary coordination of the overall Project deliverables of a fully coordinated project package. 
• To develop processes and procedures to support and improve design practices.
• Manage a team of junior & senior interior designers/ architects, assign them, and monitor the completion of all tasks.
• Resource Planning, resourcing monitoring and reporting, ensures team capacity and capability. 
• Handle clients, contractors, agencies, as well as different consultants.

Qualifications: 

• Bachelor degree in Architectural Engineering field or Interior design.  
• 8-10 years of experience are required
• Excellent Design & Creative skills.
• Good knowledge in home furnishing, market, social trends, fashion. 
• Good knowledge of AutoCAD & sketch up & 3Ds max.
•  Strong drafting, space planning, interior and architectural design skills.
• Language/s Required - (Excellent command of English Language) 

HR Generalist

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for personnel activities.
• Support in talent acquisition and hiring processes.
• Assist in duties related to employees benefits.
• Handle all the filling and documentation related to the HR Dep.
• Manage HR administrative tasks.

Qualifications: 

• Bachelor's degree in business administration English section.
• Human Resources certificate is a plus.
• Fluency in English.
• Excellent in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).

Digital Marketer

Responsibilities:

• Develop, implement and manage our social media strategy. 
• Define the most important social media KPIs. 
• Manage and oversee social media content. 
• Measure the success of every social media campaign.
• Stay up to date with the latest social media best practices and technologies
• Use social media marketing tools such as Buffer / Hootsuite.
• Communicate with industry professionals and influencers via social media to create a strong network.

Qualifications: 

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, digital communication, Business, or a relevant field.
• Minimum 6 years of experience in the same or similar role.
• Experience in writing in both English and Arabic is a must.
• Experience in managing Blogs before is a plus. 
• Experience in managing email marketing campaigns. 
• Professional in all social media platforms ( Facebook, Twitter, TikTok, LinkedIn, YouTube, Instagram, Google ads, and SEO). 
• Experience with creating data-driven content pieces.

Site Engineer

• Bachelor degree in Architectural Engineering field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a related function.
• AutoCAD User.
• Primavera or Microsoft project.
• Multitasking skills.
   

Project Manager

Responsibilities:

•  Project Planning.
•  Project Monitoring.
•  Project Delivery.
•  Project Closure.

Qualifications: 

• Bachelor degree in Architectural Engineering field.  
• Experience with large commercial construction projects.
• PMP is preferred.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• AutoCAD User. 
• Primavera or Microsoft Project.
